Our story
A tiny shop in China, three rules on the wall, and 28 years in which only the place on the map changed.
China: one machine, one table, one iron
It began in a small town in southern China. The founder had learned the trade at a state-run laundry factory, and he rented a tiny shop of a little over a dozen square metres. It held one machine, one worktable and one iron.
On opening day he wrote three rules on the wall. There was no advertising: neighbours told neighbours, and the shop slowly found its feet.
Trust passed on by word of mouth
Regulars brought in friends, and one shop grew into several. That's when the delicate work began: tailored suits, coats, wedding dresses. For it, the shop bought imported dry-cleaning equipment, still rare at the time.
The logic was simple: what others won't take on, we clean.
The craft and the rules, handed down
The business passed to the second generation, and the rules were handed over together with the craft. The work was brought to one standard: modern dry-cleaning solvents, sorting by colour and fabric, and a central laundry plant.
A neighbourhood shop became a brand trusted by mid-range and premium clients.
One brand, one standard
Every store got one look and the service one standard. The range grew from everyday clothing to luxury items and leather care. The brand reached more and more cities and entered the Central Asian market.
Tashkent: a new page
Westward along the ancient Silk Road. In 2025 we opened our first store in Tashkent.
We brought not only 28 years of craft, technology and advanced equipment, but also the service principle that hasn't changed since 1997.
28 years. The rules haven't changed.
Three rules from that very wall
- What should be hand-washed never goes into a machine.
- What should be air-dried never goes into a dryer.
- What isn't pressed never leaves the door.
From 1997 to 2025, only the dot on the map changed. One thing stays the same: how every garment looks when we hand it back to the client.
